By engaging SiteCraft360 for web development, design, or AI automation services, you agree to these terms. A formal Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) may be provided per project, which will supersede these general terms in the event of a conflict.
SiteCraft360 provides digital services including but not limited to web development, AI chatbot integration, and workflow automation. All deliverables, timelines, and features will be clearly outlined in your project brief or SOW prior to commencement of work.
One-time projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final handover. Monthly plans (e.g., Maintenance, Growth) are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel ongoing monthly plans at any time prior to the next billing date.
Upon full payment of all project invoices, full ownership and intellectual property rights of the custom-developed website, code, and related assets are transferred to you. SiteCraft360 retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Our services may incorporate third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Formspree, Make.com). SiteCraft360 is not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates initiated by these third-party services that may affect your project functionality after handover.
SiteCraft360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the websites, software, or AI tools we develop. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
